2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.
  • Free promotional items or samples.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team at help@bloxarynuothimil.world with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Step 3: Package the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please do not send products back without first obtaining an RMA number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the damage or defect.
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
